The College of Courts and Tribunals is the governing body of the Belgian judiciary. Privanot provided a dedicated DPO who built a full GDPR compliance framework from the ground up — for 49 management committees and thousands of staff across the country.

Alongside day-to-day DPO work, our DPO also led the GDPR workstream of two major digitalisation projects: JustCase and JustJudgment. Both required close collaboration with the FOD Justice as data controller, from the initial Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA) through to rollout.
