Fednot — putting AI tools to the test
Fednot, the Federation of Belgian Notaries, asked Privanot to independently assess how safely and how GDPR-compliantly AI assistants could be used by notaries. We evaluated thirteen AI tools — from Claude and Copilot to Perplexity and the notarial GenIA-L Assistant — on privacy, data protection and AI governance, delivering a score and evidence-based advice. This gave notaries an objective framework to make an informed choice of their own.
